When graduates philosophy department certify that they have taken at least 16 credits of Sociology courses and 16 credits of Psychology courses, they can become "Philosophy Group Teacher" in high schools by taking Pedagogical Formation Education. The curriculum of the Department of Philosophy was prepared taking this situation into consideration. In addition, they can work in the departments of various institutions and organizations related to education-culture planning and evaluation. Graduates of philosophy can also make a living as writers since they are good at generating ideas and conveying those ideas into writing. Moreover, they have the opportunity to work as “School Counselor" in private schools and some private education and rehabilitation centers, with a certificate issued in the in-service training courses which are opened by the Ministry of National Education. In addition, they have the opportunity to work as an academician by continuing their graduate education.
